Damages: Yunique Boutique LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However if you are not completely satisfied we only do refunds on Apparel that is returned in the same condition you bought it. NO REFUNDS ON ANY WIGS AND OR BUNDLES. Those sales are FINAL. If you wish to return apparel, you must send a picture of your item(s) to email@example.com along with your name, number, and reason for return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s) we will process your refund. This process will take 5-7 business days.
